MACS-WEB: Your METROLift Trip Planner


METROLift customer assistance

***ATTENTION*** – new and improved version of the trip planner now available

All the same functions exist, but we’ve added several new features including the ability for you to:

• Manage recurring trips
• Purchase fare tickets and longer-term passes
• Track your ride on your phone or computer
• View previous trips and your transaction history
• Comment online about the service

The new planner will ask you to enter your customer ID and password, just as you do now – so the login process is exactly the same.

You can continue using the classic MACS-WEB version below until April 1, or you can begin using the new and improved MACS-WEB/EZ-Wallet now.

 

Planning Your Trip During COVID-19


Protecting the health and safety of our riders, employees, contractors and visitors is METRO's No. 1 priority.

Effective February 1, 2021 – Masks required by federal law. Violators could be denied service and/or face federal penalties.

We encourage you to only use METROLift for essential trips and consider these questions before scheduling a trip:

The City of Houston is asking citizens at higher risk of severe illness to stay 比特币交易平台app排行home and away from large groups of people as much as possible, including public places with lots of people and large gatherings where there will be close contact with others. If any of these apply to you, you’re considered to be at higher risk:

• 60 or older
• Underlying health conditions including heart disease, lung disease, or diabetes
• Weakened immune systems
• Pregnant


Please consult with your healthcare provider if either of these apply to you:


• You’re a caregiver of children with underlying health conditions
• You have questions about whether your condition puts you at risk for COVID-19

Before scheduling your trip, please review these two questions:

• Have you tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days?
• Have you been in contact with anyone who has tested positive within the past 14 days?


If the answer to both questions is no, please proceed with scheduling your trip.

If the answer to either question is yes, please call 713-225-0410 and ask to speak with a supervisor for help scheduling your transportation.
